Rosie Holidays is excited to announce the appointment of Ilaitia Nailalai Bakani as the new Wellness Development Manager, spearheading the development of Rosie Living. This role will focus on positioning Fiji as a top global wellness destination, offering guests meaningful and rejuvenating experiences that connect them with the islands’ natural beauty, culture, and spirit. 

Ilaitia, originally from Nausori Village, Tailevu, brings a wealth of experience in customer service, community programs, and people management, along with a deep passion for community service and youth empowerment. He has worked in various sectors, including healthcare and disability support, with a focus on addressing poverty and creating sustainable livelihoods for young people. 

In his new role, Ilaitia will collaborate with local communities to develop wellness programs that not only enhance guest experiences but also promote sustainable tourism and community development. This includes curating spa retreats, guided wellness tours, and cultural immersions designed to rejuvenate guests while supporting local businesses.
