World Tourism Day
The Koroipita project, located in Lautoka, is a model community providing housing and support for underprivileged families in Fiji. Rosie Holidays has been a long-time supporter of this initiative, contributing resources and assistance as part of its ongoing community engagement programs.
This year’s World Tourism Day theme, “Tourism and Peace,” reflects the spirit of unity, resilience, and shared prosperity that lies at the heart of tourism. For Rosie Holidays, celebrating this day at Koroipita was an opportunity to put those values into action. The team spent the day contributing to ongoing community needs, reinforcing the company’s belief that tourism must also give back to the people and places that make destinations so special.
The event highlighted Rosie Holidays’ ongoing commitment to social responsibility in our community. By supporting initiatives such as Koroipita, Rosie Holidays ensures that its success in tourism also contributes directly to the well-being of local communities.
Rosie Holidays remains dedicated to creating world-class travel experiences for visitors while continuing to invest in sustainable tourism and community development across Fiji.
