Our company including House Of Travel sends over 35,000 passengers to Fiji each year. Rosie Holidays Fiji is our exclusive and sole provider of: •Airport meet and greet •Ground transportation from private vehicles to shared coach •24-hour customer care •Tour desk Operation. I can confirm that of all our Ground Transportation partners in Asia and other South Pacific Islands, Rosie Holidays is a standout.

This year from the 27th to the 31st of March 2023, 39 Rosie Holidays drivers completed our Intercontinental Orientation & Luxury Brand Standard Course. This was a full day of training that focused on the IHG brand promise. Rosie Holidays is the exclusive and approved transport operator for the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa providing airport welcome and luxury Toyota Prado Landcruiser private guest transfers. We operate a five star resort and Rosie Holidays has exceeded our requirements as a company with good technology, strong reputation, backed up by a world-class transportation network. The drivers are well trained and meet the very high standards required by IHG.

I am pleased to advise Denarau Destinations Tours & Transfers (formerly Denarau Taxis) has received $466,576.75 of transfer business from Rosie Holidays in the last 15 months of our partnership. We have over 60 small Fijian family businesses that are part of this successful co-operative and who now enjoy a steady income stream each month. We are also thankful for the assistance Rosie has provided to train our Fijian drivers who have purchased their own vehicles as part of this new co-operative and ensure that the Denarau resource owners are able to fully participate in the tourism industry by transferring your customers. This is a first for Fiji and we commend your company.

As a DMC Rosie continues to innovate. Congratulations to the newly created Rosie Outsourcing that has grown from 4 employees to now approaching 100 in two years. At Tourism Fiji we are always looking at ways to support companies to diversify their service offerings, and provide support to the industry. Rosie Outsourcing is providing a completely new service. Highly specialized and back-of-house processing solutions for some of the major tour operators in Australia and New Zealand that sell Fiji. Brilliant idea creating new tourism jobs and increasing foreign remittances.
